My weekend, by the numbers...
7 bouts of vomit
1 direct hit on Mommy
2 kids with fevers
102 the average temperature of aforementioned 2
72 hours of whining
5 hours of sleep for Mommy
3 nights in which those 5 hours were accrued
3 movies which acted as babysitters
1 heavenly grocery store trip alone
1 baby mouth discovered full of dog food
0 children who live in this house who have never eaten dog food
1 baby kick felt!
1 "maybe that was just gas..."
All are healthy and happy now, and Mommy is taking the day off!

2 shouts of "SNOW!!!" at 6:47 am
1 shout of "NO!!" at 6:47 am
1 shout of "NOSE!!" at 6:49 am after siblings corrected his pronunciation
12 snow boots put on
12 snow boots taken off
8 plastic bags put over sneakers because snow boots that fit with one pair of socks last week will not fit with two pairs of socks this week (1 kid, 4 times)
20 gloves put on
19 gloves taken off
1 glove buried under 4 inches of snow
10 hats put on
52 buttons buttoned
24 zippers zipped
20 socks put on
9 cups of hot cocoa made
4 cups of hot cocoa actually drunk
1 cup of hot cocoa spilled
3 frosty, red-nosed, chapped, screaming with joy faces
4 soundly sleeping snow-sated babies
